This Blog started as  a record of what happened in the final half-year of my 30s. An attempt to show myself that my life consists of more than avoiding housework, shunning social contact and collecting cats.

I might feel like nothing ever happens. But stuff does. And blogs, like so much else, evolve. I’ve found myself wanting to write poems, snippets of short stories and miscellaneous musings.

Currently, it’s become a blog about the humanitarian crisis in Gaza. Please feel free to engage. I prefer things that move in the direction of peace, but whatever you feel moved to say, say.

  1. Nothing wrong with collecting cats 😛

  2. Hey Dusty. I Feel ya! 🙂 Thanks for stopping by my blog. I will be following you now as well.

  3. Hi Dusty, we started up a campaign late on Saturday to send a state-of-the-art British hospital ship RFA Argus to Gaza. She is currently moored in her home port of Falmouth here in Cornwall. We have a petition https://www.change.org/en-GB/petitions/rt-honourable-david-cameron-mp-send-rfa-argus-hospital-ship-to-gaza which has already got 567 signatures, we have a FB page https://www.facebook.com/HospitalShip2Gaza?ref_type=bookmark, our local MP has written to the MOD, the local paper has run an article and Pirate FM is doing a news broadcast tomorrow…

Could signing our petition to David Cameron etc be Action for Gaza Number 17 please?

    • That’s incredible! I think we’ll pop that as number 1… Amazing. It really really warms my heart the wonderful ways people are taking action. x
